It's quite simple really.

1. Drop the WhoisLookup.py action into your MoinMoin Wiki action folder e.g. [mywiki]/data/plugin/action.

2. Select Whois Lookup from your actions menu.

3. Enter the Domain or IP Address you want to lookup.

4. View the results - Simple!.
